QUALIFICATION BASED SELECTION (QBS)
QBS PROCESS FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND/OR ENGENEERING SERVICES FOR CONCEPTUAL USAGE, CONSTRUCTION PLAN DEVELOPMENT; BID; CONTRACT CREATION AND ADMINISTRATION; AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF REHABILITATION OF A LAKE COUNTY LAND BANK OWNED PROPERTY INTO USABLE COMMERCIAL SPACE.
The Lake County Land Bank ("Land Bank") is solicition Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") for an architectural or engineering firm to develop usage concepts; construction plans; bids; contracts; and oversee contract administration and construction management for the rehabilitation of a Land Bank property into usable commercial space. The project will use federal grant funds and be subject to Davis Bacon and federal prevailing wage rates.

Rural Economic Diversification
County of Lake, State of Michigan
OVERVIEW
Lake County is soliciting “Statements of Qualification” for firm(s) to provide Rural Economic Diversification Services that will result in the following outcomes:
1. INFRASTRUCTURE INVENTORY
2. MUNICIPAL UTILITY ASSESSMENT
3. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL VACANCIES:
4. CORE COMMUNITY ENTREPRENEURIAL HUB FEASIBILITY STUDY
5. DEVELOPMENT OF AN ECONOMIC RECOVERY STRATEGY
Interested parties may submit qualifications for all or some of the above-listed services.
All submissions should be in accordance with the RFQ document found here and received no later than 5pm (EST) on January 26, 2024, via email to nicholsj@rightplace.org.
