REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

DEMOLITION AND ABATEMENT CONTRACTOR

FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES LOCATED AT:

 

  • 6813 S. Esther Avenue, Pleasant Plains Township PP#14-652-019-01
  • 90 E. Parkdale Drive, Yates Township PP#15-635-045-01
  • 13070 Lake Drive, Yates Township PP#15-176-020-00

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by the Lake County Land Bank Authority (“LCLBA”) for work to be completed by 12/31/2024. The LCLBA is the sole point of contact with regards to all bidding and contractual matters relating to the services described in this RFP. The LCLBA is the only office authorized to change, modify, amend, alter, clarify, etc. the specifications, terms and conditions of the RFP and any contract(s) awarded as a result of this RFP (the “Contract”). The LCLBA will remain the sole point of contact throughout the bidding process.

Submit separate clearly marked electronic files for each the Technical Submission and the Price Proposal OR submit by hard copy five paper file copies for each the Technical Submission and the Price Proposal.

Be sure to indicate separate line-item pricing for each property in the Price Proposal. The LCLBA has no obligation to consider any Submission that is not timely received.

Your electronic files are limited to 15MB – make sure your email accepts this size. You may upload more than one file for Price Proposal and/or Technical Submission in response to this RFP.
